About Amplify Consulting
We are a Hong Kong-based social impact consultancy working with purpose-driven organizations and communities to strengthen strategy, deepen capacity, and support more effective practice.
Since 2023, we have partnered with organisations across civil society and social impact spaces, including those working with youth, women, refugees, asylum seekers, migrant workers, and LGBTQIA+ communities. Our approach is grounded in collaboration, rigor, and practical insight, helping clients clarify direction, design responsive solutions, and build stronger foundations for sustained work.
Meet the Team
Zamira Monteiro, Founder & CEO
Zamira Monteiro is a seasoned nonprofit professional and trainer, dedicated to working with organizations and communities to amplify their reach and elevate their impact. Driven by a passion for creating sustainable solutions, she supports organizations with the tools they need to elevate their social impact work. She has a Master's degree in Human Rights Law and currently serves as an advisor to several nonprofit organisations. With versatile experiences including with front-line service organizations and high-level strategy development, Zamira Monteiro founded Amplify Consulting on the belief that the social impact sector operates as an interconnected ecosystem where challenges, growth, and successes are collectively shared.
